Designed with comfort and socialising in mind, Asaya Kitchen’s dining area exudes hominess with its open kitchen, light color scheme and wood furnishings. Equipped with an infinity pool and an al fresco poolside bar, not only does the restaurant offer exquisite food and a perfect site for bonding, it also provides a stellar view of Hong Kong’s famous harbour and glittering skyline. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Renaud Marin and using only seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers, fisheries and artisans, Asaya Kitchen serves health-conscious, plant-based dishes that derive strong influences from infamously nutritious Mediterranean and Japanese diets. Those who want something more casual can visit during their lunch service for a more laidback feast on organic foods. But if you’re up for something fancier, feel free to come by during dinner to witness the kitchen’s more delicate and artistic side.

Specializing in authentic Italian food – particularly the cuisine of Tuscany – Associazione Chianti is able to transport their patrons to the center of Florence with a bite of their no-frills, simple Italian dishes. Perhaps the most outstanding of them all is the chef’s recommendation, the I Tagli Del Macelliao (Butcher’s Cut), which features a cut of Black Angus beef selected by an in-house butcher and sourced from an Idaho farm.
