There are a few things you can expect to see at Pitchfork Music Festival each summer—a guy with a beard wearing a Supreme hat; a cavalcade of ironic T-shirts; and, most importantly, the hottest new acts in indie rock, hip-hop and the underground. This year, Aussie psych outfit Tame Impala, veteran indie-rockers Fleet Foxes and R&B legend Ms. Lauryn Hill headline the fest, sharing the bill with acts like the War on Drugs, DRAM, Courtney Barnett, Blood Orange and more. Take a look at our guide to the best acts to see, the best aftershows to attend and more.

When is Pitchfork Music Festival 2018?

This year, the Pitchfork Music Festival will occur from July 20–22, 2018.

Where is Pitchfork Music Festival?

As usual, the Pitchfork Music Festival will take up residence in Union Park, directly next to the Ashland Green and Pink Line station.

How do I get to Pitchfork Music Festival?

There's not a lot of parking around Union Park, so public transportation will be your best friend. Luckily, the festival takes place directly next to the Ashland Green and Pink Line station. If you prefer to ride the bus, the Ashland (9) and Madison (20) routes will drop you right by the gates. Divvy riders can park their bikes at a station on the corner of Lake Street and Ashland Avenue, while bike owners will find racks on the northwest corner of Union Park.

How do I get tickets to Pitchfork Music Festival?

Go to Time Out's ticket page or the festival's official website to get three-day passes and single-day tickets.
