Negroni Week in Hong Kong is back! Although the next few days will be spent quietly hunkered down at home as Super Typhoon Ragasa sweeps through the city, that doesn’t mean we can’t already look forward to how we’ll be spending the weekend. Here are a few places in town that are joining in Negroni Week – why not make a bar crawl out of it?

Zzura
Middle Eastern-inspired speakeasy Zzura in Central is celebrating its fourth anniversary during Negroni Week, so you can put on your party hats while sipping on some downright delicious tipples. From now until 28, Zzura’s mixologists will be shaking up a special one-off negroni called the Forbidden Fruit, made with longan gin, mezcal, Campari, Aperol, and Mancino Rosso. A portion of the bar’s Negroni Week sales will go towards supporting the Slow Food Foundation’s initiatives.

Kinsman
Hong Kong bar and restaurant group Singular Concepts is staging a group-wide Negroni Week programme through September, with proceeds going towards Feeding Hong Kong, so hit up your favourite Singular Concepts to support a good cause. At Kinsman, guests can sip on the Red Cliff, an East-meets-West mix of Campari, Wuliangye baijiu, Magnolia Lab liqueur, Averna, and sweet vermouth that blends Italian flair with Chinese soul.

Tell Camellia
Recognised on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list for its groundbreaking tea cocktails, Tell Camellia has created the Move Negroni for the occasion, a drink centred around Campari, milk oolong tea, marshmallow root, longan, clove, vermouth, and gin. As part of Singular Concepts, sales from Move Negroni will benefit Feeding Hong Kong.

The Daily Tot
Why is the rum gone? Because it’s been swapped for Campari! All jokes aside, it wouldn’t be a night out at The Daily Tot without rum, and the bar’s creative offering for Negroni Week shows that Caribbean vibes can be expertly blended with Italian style. The Popcorn & Pandan Negroni is a novel concoction made with Flor de Cana, Campari, pandan, sweet vermouth popcorn, and orange zest for that tropical feeling.

Ella at The Trilogy
New Orleans-inspired jazz bar Ella at The Trilogy presents the dashing Nola Negroni with Campari, coffee vermouth, strawberry gin, and orange, which guests can sip and savour while jamming to soulful jazz tunes thanks to live music performances.

Barcode
Here’s something different for Negroni Week: Barcode has whipped up a delicious, dessert-like Negroni that we’re certain will have patrons rapidly ordering a follow-up. Negroni Land is made with vanilla ice cream gin, Campari infused with Tonka beans, and Lillet Blanc white vermouth. So, where does the dessert end and the drink begin?

Honky Tonks Tavern
On September 25, Honky Tonks Tavern will host a vibrant Negroni Party featuring guest bartenders from the Red Hands guest bar shift. Mixologists from Courtroom, Artifact, The Old Man, and The Pearl will shake up special Negronis while DJ Mike Wolf takes over the decks. Honky Tonks Tavern will donate proceeds to Hong Kong Dog Rescue.

Lobster Bar
After sipping your way through Central, hop on over to the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong to experience Lobster Bar’s one-night-only guest bar takeover for Negroni Week. On September 24, Lobster Bar will host Quang Minh Nguyên and Rich McDonough from Workshop14, a pioneering concept from Hanoi that’s already been recognised with the Campari One To Watch Award at Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025.
This collaboration will serve up the Arc of Insanity cocktail, a negroni with a strawberry twist. Lobster Bar will also present a selection of four negronis until September 28, from a classic negroni and the aromatic lemongrass-based Reminiscence to the plum-driven Reverse Negroni and the floral Young Pal, a refreshing and sweet concoction with citrus zest, rosebuds, and lime leaf.

The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong
All throughout September, in honour of the significant influence of the famous Italian spirit, the St. Regis Bar Hong Kong will be welcoming guests to enjoy its Negroni Week menu, consisting of four signature cocktails designed around its hero ingredient Campari.
One of the Campari-based cocktails currently on The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong’s beverage programme is the eclectic Eastbound Negroni, inspired by the Fortress Hill neighbourhood, blending Siete Misterios Doba-Yej mezcal with Campari, Hachi Shochu Imo, Campari, Mancino Rosso vermouth, Teara hojicha tea liqueur, and Dover Azuki liqueur, so you can bet the exclusive negronis will be served with creative flair.

Vibes
Already sampled all the special negronis on Hong Kong Island? Make your way across Victoria Harbour for Vibes’ Roasted Coconut Negroni – a tropical interpretation that will transport you to a setting of sunny days and warm sand beaches. Campari, Cinzano 1757 Vermouth Rosso, and Taylors Port Wine are blended with the botanical Bulldog Gin for a bittersweet flavour, with a toasted coconut slice on top as the perfect garnish. Donations from each Roasted Coconut Negroni will help to support the Slow Food movement.

Avoca
Mondrian Hong Kong’s Avoca will host Phnom Penh’s Sora for a special guest shift on September 27. Jonas Vittur and Phirun Lek will team up to showcase Cambodian creativity through the Num Ansom Knor cocktail, a Negroni-esque creation that draws inspiration from Cambodian celebration cakes. Avoca will also offer three exclusive negroni cocktail options for their limited-time Negroni Week menu: the Banoffee Pie Negroni, the South East Negroni, and the Yan Tao Negroni.
