Bryant Park's Winter Village by Bank of America will soon open in NYC with exciting holiday shops, food and activities through March 2, 2025.
Its 17,000-square-foot ice-skating rink that’s free to use (if you bring your own skates) is always the highlight, but the Winter Village in all its holiday spirit is a close second. This year, over 170 new and returning kiosks will be there for you to peruse through—all at one of the best NYC parks and the best Christmas market in the world!

The Bank of America Winter Village in Bryant Park runs from October 25, 2024 through March 2, 2025.
Skating is available daily from 8am-10pm. Extended hours of 8am-midnight are available on Thursdays-Sundays starting November 7, then again daily December 1-January 5.
The holiday market hours for 2024 haven't been announced yet, but it is typically open Mondays through Fridays, 11am-8pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-8pm.
Not only is there free ice skating on Bryant Park’s 17,000-square-foot outdoor rink (you may bring your own skates or rent them for a fee), Urbanspace—the brand that’s responsible for Union Square’s and Columbus Circle’s holiday markets—is bringing over 170 holiday shops, including a bunch of new kiosks and eateries for your shopping and eating pleasure through January 5, 2024.
You'll also be able to cozy up at The Lodge: a covered, outdoor après-themed area where visitors can grab a festive cocktail, enjoy delicious food, watch the ice skaters or admire the tree.
A few more activations: The Curling Café openining in mid-November with iceless curling, food, drinks, and each lane’s own private igloo. Plus, bookable cozy igloos where you can warm up with in a heated spot perfect for a romantic date or a small party.
The Winter Village is open through March 2, 2025, but the holiday market closes on January 5.
Yes! Admission is free. If you bring your own skates, the experience is totally gratis. If you need to rent skates, you'll have to pay for those.
Ice skating will be available rain or shine, except in the case of heavy rain or extreme weather. Bryant Park recommends booking an ice skating session in the early morning during weekdays, before Thanksgiving or after New Year to avoid the worst of the holiday crowds.
