This summer, W Hotel partners up with Japanese denim brand Evisu, for its Beyond Colours tea set – a monochrome and masculine rendition of high tea. The tea tray itself is a nod to the brand’s iconic logo and guests will receive a complimentary Evisu cardholder to take home. Fusing Japanese cuisine into each canapé, the tea set features savoury creations – such as black mini burger bun with beef tataki, and white asparagus panna cotta with caviar – as well as delicious sweets such as strawberry rocher and salted caramel lollipops. All of these are served on a tray that pays tribute to Evisu’s iconic logo, alongside gift vouchers and coupons that can be redeemed at the Evisu store at Elements mall. $438 for two (Mon-Fri 2.30pm-6pm). Until late Jul.
