Tibits in Heddon Street has a buffet with an imaginative, often-changing range of salads on one level and hot foods above. Everything's veggie and on Tuesdays I believe it's all vegan.

Sally White (originally in Kennington but now with a new branch near Oxford Circus) do a lovely and ever-changing lunchtime selection of salads and L'Eto do a good riff on a lot of the Ottolenghi style salads too! (Which you can follow up with a cake...)
