Bringing a flourish of French decadence to Marchmount Street is Bon Vivant, a French brasserie with romantic and luxurious vibes. At the weekend they offer a bottomless brunch (can’t knock it), so you can be filled to the brim with prosecco, Bellini’s or Bloody Marys. Plus, enjoy a dish of your choice from the aptly named ‘Drunch’ menu, featuring pancakes, granola and, naturally, avocado on toast. The lunch and dinner offerings present an array of French plates to choose from, such as bavette steak with truffle creamed spinach and daily changing tartines (jam-packed toasties). There’s a good selection of cocktails and a decent, mainly French, wine list.
